Mold Department
The Mold Department is equipped with specialized machinery including CNC engraving machines, wire-cut EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment, spark erosion machines, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines). With a team of over 10 engineers and technical specialists, the department maintains a monthly production capacity of approximately 40 molds
Leather Case workshop
The leather case production facility spans 2,500 m², featuring six automated assembly lines with a monthly output capacity of approximately 200,000 pieces.It is precision equipment: HF synchronous cutting/welding systems (20KHz) , Dual-station thermoforming presses (0-300°C) , CNC-controlled hydraulic die-cutters , Automated profile edge folders
Product Workshop
The finished product workshop spans approximately 1,800 square meters and operates 8 modern production lines, with a monthly production capacity of around 350,000 units. It is equipped with advanced production equipment, including: Fully automatic screwdriving machines , Automated dispensing systems , Precision edge trimming machines , Hot melt adhesive applicators
Keyboard core workshop
The key core workshop covers approximately 800 square meters and operates 2 modern production lines, with a monthly production capacity of around 300,000 units.
Screen printing Workshop
